Steptoe Butte is a State Park in Southeast Washington State. The Butte rises above the Palouse Country, with its unique rolling wheat fields.  The color changes during the seasons offer wonderful 360-degree views throughout the year.

Spring sunset at Palouse Falls.  Spring is a great time to visit.  Things get hot, dry, and brown in the summer here.  There is a fantastic (and scary) hike to the bottom of the canyon.
